Country Music Icon Randy Travis Prepares to Release New Music and Remastered Album
Randy Travis' First New Recording in Over a Decade
DALLAS - Country music legend Randy Travis, a North Texas resident, is set to release his first new recording in over 10 years on Friday. In celebration of the 35th anniversary of his breakthrough album this year, Travis will also be releasing a remastered version of the album with three new songs.

One of the new songs, "More Than a Memory," has already been released and has touched the hearts of fellow country music stars, including Clay Walker, who was moved to tears upon hearing it.
The Return of an Icon
Travis, who is 64 years old, announced the upcoming release on social media on Wednesday, May 1. The release will be his first new music since his previous album, "Influence Vol. 2: The Man I Am," which was released in 2011.
