Golden State Warriors' 2022-23 National TV Schedule Announced
30 Games to Air on ABC, ESPN, and TNT
Warriors Quest for Back-to-Back Titles Begins
The Golden State Warriors will play 30 national TV games during the 2022-23 season, with ABC, ESPN, and TNT airing the contests. The full regular-season schedule was released on Wednesday, with the Warriors set to start their title defense on October 18 against the Los Angeles Lakers.
Golden State will have four of its first five games at home before embarking on a five-game road trip. The Warriors will host the Memphis Grizzlies, Portland Trail Blazers, Sacramento Kings, and Boston Celtics before hitting the road for games against the New Orleans Pelicans, Orlando Magic, Miami Heat, Brooklyn Nets, and Philadelphia 76ers.
The Warriors will play 15 of their 30 national TV games on ESPN, 10 on ABC, and five on TNT. The remaining 52 games will be aired locally on NBC Sports Bay Area.
The Warriors are coming off a championship victory in the 2022 NBA Finals, defeating the Celtics in six games. Golden State is looking to become the first team to win back-to-back titles since the Warriors themselves did it in 2017 and 2018.
